Here’s the legal stuff.
Nope, I’m not disclosing that their are aliens at operation in the world. Instead, this is where I acknowledge that one of the goals of WordStorm Casserole is to create income.
WordStorm Casserole started because I enjoy sharing life with readers. I love that you read, and that you sometimes comment. That’s all cool with me.
But to be honest, it would be nice to make a little money while doing all of this sharing. I’ve made perhaps $20 over the 4-5 years I’ve been blogging; I’m pretty sure that’s because I also click on my own affiliate and referral links
That’s right: If you click on some links and end up buying something, you help support WordStorm Casserole. Thank you!
There are three main types of links: referral, affiliate, and advertisements. If you click on them, and subsequently make a purchase, WordStorm Casserole is compensated. However, it’s often not a huge compensation; a $25 hard-cover book sale might net me $0.15. Big bucks!
Being a savvy interwebs browser, you probably recognize a referral link, affiliate ad, affiliate link, or ad when you see one. If not, I let you know there’s the potential for an ad in any post that contains such linkage.
The revenue made from Word Storm Casserole covers expenses incurred as a result of maintaining and creating content on this site. It helps me share favorite products -or newly discovered fun things. It may even help me do a giveaway or two here and there. Fingers crossed.
Some things I post may involve products or services sold by companies that have affiliate programs. In some cases, I may be compensated in the form of cash, rewards points, credits, free samples, or other incentives to provide my opinion on products, services, websites, and various other topics.
WordStorm Casserole may also allow third-party merchants to place text links, graphics, buttons, and/or banner ads on WordStormCasserole.com.
Even though I may receive compensation for my posts or advertisements, I always give my honest opinions, findings, beliefs, or experiences on those topics and products. The views and opinions expressed on this blog are purely my own. Any product claim, statistic, quote, or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer, provider, or party in question. Whether you use the link or buy the product is entirely up to you.
And, while I ask for your email address, I never share that address with anyone or any organization or business.
Thank you for reading!
